Owner's Manual Request
Please read the following guidelines for electronic owner's manuals:
- Delivery of documents will only be made to Canadian Korg users
- Check with your email provider if you can receive large attachments
- Owner's manuals are typically from 6MB to 20MB in size each and some products have up to 3 manuals
- Owner's Manuals are in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF)
- Try not to use yahoo or hotmail accounts, typically these accounts will bounce back the attachment
- Korg Canada will send an email if the electronic version is not available
If you do not receive a response from Korg Canada within 2 weeks, please fill out the form again. Please note however if you are NOT a Canadian Korg user, Korg Canada will not respond. Please click here to find the contact information of your country's Korg distributor.

Please read the following guidelines for printed (hard copy) owner's manuals:
- Delivery of documents will only be made to Canadian Korg users
- There is a charge for hard copy requests, our parts department person will notify you of the amount
- The hard copy sent IS NOT an original manual, it is printed in house
- If Korg Canada does not have the owner's manual available we will notify you via email
